Initial phone conversations & meetings are free.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Construction Documents
• Plans 0 - 1200 s.f. $0.65 per sq. ft
• Plans 1201- 2000 s.f. $0.70 per sq. ft.
• Plans 2001- 3499 s.f. $0.75 per sq. ft.
• Plans over 3500 s.f. $1.00 per sq. ft.
• Lower level plan : $ 0.25 per sq. ft.
(Square footage is based upon all Designed Living Space ((Finished & Unfinished))
including Sun rooms & Screened Porches, & Lower Level
Garage under Garage.
Excluding Main Level attached Garages & Lower Level Storage/
Mechanical)
• Existing Plans No changes $ 0 .45 per sq. ft.
Additional
Design Fees: $75 per hour
Clients who require Hand Drawn Conceptual design work, due to the
Complexity & Creativity of their project, will be charged an
hourly rate.
Additional Changes, Additional Detailing & Noting per Professional
Engineering Services
Site Plan, Virtual tours, 3D Presentation Design - $75.00 per hour
Final Plan Reversals – $200.00 Flat Rate Prints Additional
This a full reversal with dimensions & notes all reading correctly.
Changes:
All clients are allowed one opportunity for changes during the Preliminary
Design Process. All additional changes and meeting time will be
charged at an hourly rate stated above.
Blue
Prints:
(4) Sets of plans are included with Final Design Package
Additional sets are: 18X24: $1.20 per sheet; 24x36: $2.06 per sheet
36x42: $3.60 per sheet
Job
Site Visits:
An hourly rate will be charge for job site visits & travel Time
A mileage charge will be added for trips to job site or any other
misc. travel per clients request.
Currently the rate is set at .50 per mile.

are granting to you, as licensee, The right to use the documents
to construct a single unit. This is an exclusive license, Which
may not be resold, duplicated, published or distributed without
written permission By Showcase Design by Standard. Purchasing a
set of blueprints transfers no right of ownership of the plan to
the purchaser. The purchaser has merely purchased a limited license
to build that structure one time, and one time only. The blue prints
may not be lent, given away, or sold by the purchaser. Making photocopies
of, or reproducing in any form, the blueprints, plans, drawings,
or Any other related artwork without written consent of the creator
is illegal.
